Following recent news of the legal study and litigation proposal prepared by Amal Clooney, Geoffrey Robertson and Norman Palmer, the Greek Minister of Culture, Mr Nikos Xydakis, has made a statement explaining that the Greek government do not intend to take legal action at this time. Given the uncertain outcome of international court cases, Mr Xydakis believes that diplomacy will be the best way for Greece to reclaim the Parthenon sculptures.
